To cancel your subscription purchased on Web please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your TVFPlay account.

2. Go to https://tvfplay.com/cancel-plan

3. Click on Cancel Subscription CTA.

4. Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up window by clicking on 'OK'.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation acknowledgement email on your registered id. 

Note: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least a day prior to the next billing date. Otherwise, your account will be charged for the renewal on the end of your current billing period.
