Yes, you can only apply a coupon code while restarting a different plan.
1. On your computer, go to https://tvfplay.com/profile
2. Scroll down to the Subscription row and click on “Restart Subscription”
3. On Review & Confirm confirm screen click on Have a coupon code?
4. Enter the coupon code and click “Verify Code”
The price will be updated to reflect the discount and you’ll be charged accordingly.
We don’t accept coupon codes on restarting the same plan at the moment.
