  1. Go to tvfplay.com/profile
  2. Click on 'Retry Payment' and you will be redirected to the Personal Info page.
  3. Enter your personal details and click on 'Proceed to Payment' and you will be redirected to the billing info page.
  4. Enter your card details and click on 'Pay Now' to complete the transaction.
